I think what you have is from the Chicago Golden Gloves group. They are a very prominent group for boxing. Ali won the golden gloves with them. That site above has some of their awards. I didn't see yours but I think there are some close. They may just be presenting winners awards. Yours in runner up.

Henry Rothier won the 1933 Chicago Golden Gloves championship in the 147 pound weight class. No doubt, with a little research in the archives of the Chicago Daily Tribune you could find out the name of the Runner-Up; perhaps, even return the medal to his heirs.
