Hi I wish to know Rules & regulations for MDing in Finland if there are any online forms to download & how to aply for permission.

No restrictions for detecting on beaches or such a "non historic" places also you do not need permissions for searching and diggin if you wont broke tree roots and leave holes unfilled.

Everything you find which is over 100 yeards old you must send to Finnish museum and also everything which is worth of something (more than 20e) you must return to police stations lost article office. Also you are not allowed to search from places whose are graded as ancient monuments. (in particular, everything old you can see is...)
