MD or DD?

Hi guys, I am just asking in general if this is a characteristic of a DD or is it MD? Just trying to distinguish the difference in both? Looks like a valley in there to me but what do I know, LoL Thanks for the help!

MD...google hub doubled die and look at the examples. It used to confuse me too, some still do, but there is a distinct difference. Especially when you know how they both occur.
