It's on a basically 5 ft x 5 ft shield shaped sign.

Awesome, thanks. Any ideas on a rough value of this one? I've got an idea in mind, but I want to make sure I'm right. It's pretty nice with only a couple of chips and a little wear/rust on the edges. It's enamel, not porcelain.
