Amish or Pa. Dutch. You might see if the Hoffman Co. of Pa has a website. They make similar items.

Your getting close guys!
Similar designs are mounted on barns. Pennsylvania Dutch "hex" signs.
Hex is slang from interpretation of six. Note6 pointed star ,luck. The hearts and star together are for love and romance in a relationship. Distelfink is good luck and happiness bird,we know Irish represented in clover. the two birds double the luck.
Three tulips are faith, hope and charity. Thanks google.
Lafitte giving a good clue with Hoffman, one of their bubble pendants?.(around 1970 ?).
