You know me, Mr. I don't know much, but I am learning!
Well I found an interesting Roosevelt dime.
I'm not certain what happened.
I've tried getting a pic of the reed marks on the Field of the coin, but I cannot achieve it properly.
The edge is normal.
The hammer die opposite has two gouges at the same pole ?
Still learning by only reading elsewhere.
The first pic is of the two gouges, right next to each other and very deep.
This photo shows the reed contact marks on the side of the rim or gutter part ?
The marks are on the field too, but I don't think the photo shows it.
These two pics show ?

If curious, I have an account where I learn.
I've never used it other than to make an introduction post in which I used my middle name which is Tom.

I created that account right before I found out I was being evicted last year.
