Hello there any help of age on this spoon and also if it is silver?? What stamp needs to be on it Please any one with any information was found in hertfordshire, England thank you
The thinner the silver the older the utensils.Silver was expensive way back when.If its thick and heavy its not too old.I have a spoon from late 1700s,you can bend it just by looking at it lol.
Might be silver plated, hard to tell without a close up of the makers mark or hallmark, if thats what it is(& thats what you need for it to be silver other than a few exceptions)
