That's funny. My worry is that someone, somewhere, will do something stupid because of this so called "up coming event".

I hope not. The Mayans figured they could continue that calendar anytime. They never said end of days. End of a cycle maybe.. That is us being the doomsday culture. Was kinda like all electronics would quit working when we hit 2000.

It's sad, but I think someone did something stupid a week in advance. I sure hope nothing else of such nature happens.

I agree 100%. We saw how people acted with Y2K. That was a joke and everyone with a brain knew it.

I told everybody at work about that graphic today. Awesome. Hope the nut jobs stay home in their bunkers tomorrow. Definition of conspiracy - I'll be at the beach all by myself on Saturday after the storm.

Yeah its a shame its going to be cold. I am off tomorrow and we had hard rain all day long.

If I can get off work early and the Weather coroperates Red And I will try to Get out for the end of the World Hunt!!! Wish us Luck !!! HH Chug

To bad most of the general population forgot that the mayan calender predates our current calender system. The Mayan Calender did not factor in Leap years so we have completed and faced that end of day.....ummm like a long time ago......I think we are fine................................

I could be wrong, it has happened to me a time or two, but I think the Mayan calendar was much more accurate than ours. The accuracy of their calendar eliminated a leap year.

I suppose that means I should probably go ahead and pack a lunch for work tomorrow. :happy3:

I was going to try to get in one last hunt tomorrow but we have a dam blizzard going on and its supposed to be 10 below wind chill here.

It's 6:33 am est, going to work. No crazed Mayans yet and no mothership and no zombie apocalypse. ho hum.

Well I woke up and the sun is shinning! I guess I am alive still. Although it is windy and it is the coldest day of the year so far. Still pretty cool that the weather did change so I guess their predictions did change something. I hope my luck will change for the better also, maybe I will start finding better flint now.

Chug and Red reporting, we're still here! LOL

Well my luck changed. I got the mail and a large bill was in the box. :unhappysmiley:
