Matinecock Tribe of Long Island .. Artifacts or Junk?

So I've found these pieces on the north shore coast of Long Island. The spot I was searching was the home of the Matinecock tribe. I was hoping you guys could help me identify if they are authentic or just garbage. Please let me know if you require further pictures of any of the items. I labeled them A - G to make things easier. I can answer any questions you may have!
