Match Safe Crest or Logo?

I find little tin match safes or match holders pretty much everywhere I detect around here. Most of the time they are rusted beyond recognition. I did find a lid the other day...it has some crest/logo that I just can't identify.

Any ideas? It's not HBC or NW Co.
