Found this in a creek bed on an original William penn land grant in PA. After cleaning it up the "G" became clearly visible. Local hardware store said it might be a sash weight in a window however it seems much too deep to fit inside a window frame. Weight is just under 1 3/4 lbs.....any ideas?
