As a chunk of scrap gold, it depends on weight but probably around $100 (guessing on size from pic). To a Masonic member, a lot more.

The symbolism on the top of the ring denotes that it belonged to a "Past Master" of a Masonic lodge. In other words the owner of the ring was at one time in the past, the head of a Masonic lodge. What is on the sides of the ring?

hendrix, here are pics of the sides.

One side looks a lot like a hat. That would be very uncommon on a ring but would be another reference to the master of the lodge. The other is highly worn also, but I'd guess it was a gavel. Also a reference to the master of the lodge. Somebody was very proud of their status as a former Worshipful Master of a lodge. You will get more for it if you can sell it to a Mason, however, you would basically be looking to sell it to another past master. (Others aren't allowed to wear them.) Past masters are more common than you might think. Most men only serve one year as master of the lodge. Generally, each year you gain one more past master at each lodge.

Maybe take it to the masonic lodge nearest to where you found it, id have a guess if it is from that area they would even know who it belongs to. Or say nothing and sell it to another masonic member, as they can fetch a good price to masonic collectors
