Looks like some ghost edges/doubling on some letters.

I've seen lots and lots of '92 and '93 Lincoln cents that have a matte appearance in the blank fields of the coins as opposed to a really smooth area which results in a nice 'mint state' luster. My opinion is that the zinc from which the planchets where cut was probably a different quality as other years or batches. Combine that with high speed production and you get a low quality coin. I personally would not call the ghosting/doubling effects seen on your penny as an error, but just the results of poor quality production.

Again, that's just my opinion. Other people may disagree

Hello, I found this 1992 d penny in some change. I know very little about coin errors.
This penny looks a bit different than other pennys.
I am hoping that this penny has some errors. If so great! If not it was fun hunting.
Please look at the images and let me know what you think.
Thank you everyone for teaching me about coins. I enjoy it a lot.
Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Just poor plating issues IMO. Zinc cents are notorious for them. You can heat one up and get all sorts of odd results as the plating bubbles and/or separates.
