✅ SOLVED Mars On Gold Chain

Hi Everyone. I would appreciate your advice on this gold chain that I bought from a good friend a few years ago in Cyprus. I'm pretty sure it is 18 Carat gold but I can only find a worn mark on it (See photos). I'm going to sell it on E-bay but I want to be sure about it's gold content before I do. The chain is 20" long and weighs 26.85 grammes. Any opinions gratefully received!

Most gold from that part of the world is either 24k or 22k marking or "other". So I would assume 22k but could be 24k. What does your detector say? If it squawks, it's probably 22k.
