Marlboro and silver

Went back to that 50's era location and hunted about an hour and a half. (until dark) Found another wheatie 1955D, a 1945 Merc, and a Malboro key chain. Remember the Marlboro Man? This was probably a promotional item at one time. First one I've seen though.

yup...i remember several marlboro guys. Seems to me Tom Sellcek started out as one!

I have been a Marlboro Man for over 30 years now, way too long. Going to try and quit this week.

Cool finds, My brother dug one of those marlboror's last week. Same one but his didn't have the big ring yours has attached to it. There pretty cool.

Do you remember what the Marlboro key chain rang up as on your detector? I'm curious if it rang up as Iron. If so, I would have misse dit as I won't dig any iron signals. (I know, probably not a good idea...)

Believe it or not, it registered as a quarter. Probabley because of its size. Surprised me too.
