Marking on butter knife?

Hello!

Can anyone tell me anything about this butter knife that I recently dug in Clinton Kentucky while I was on vacation there?

Looks to be silver, but it isn't marked. The only marking is "R & W. W."

What do these initials stand for? How old is it?
