Mark on gold ring? Ring makers Signature?

Hello!

A fellow detectorist recently dug this at a local park here in Eugene Oregon. We assume it is white gold and yellow gold with turquioes inlays. The only marking is this signature ~ but we are having a hard time making it out. Anyone know what/who this ring maker is?!

It weights 8.7 grams
