I got these out of the coinstar this evening but can't find when they were issued. Any help is appreciated.

They were given out to some of the donors and to Marines that worked the "Toys For Tots" programs. I have a later one my son gave me, from his time working the program during his time in the Marines. Thing is some designs are used for several years in a row, so it can be hard to nail down a date.
Some have two dates, there is an example like yours but with a 1947-2008 date, that was the earliest date I found. So yours could be from 2007, then they reused the same pattern and just went with the double date for subsequent years that they used that pattern.

Sorry I can't narrow the date down more for you, regardless it's a cool piece of militaria.
