Marc--it occurs to me that we have lots of members traveling all the time. Maybe there could be a section to post where you are going and when, and other members could offer to host you for detecting for a few hours or a day. It could have a common format with details such as dates of travel, location(s), when available to detect, etc. Of course, some people won't be comfortable with this in terms of a stranger, but if people have gotten to know each other on the board, they can make that decision.
