Love the story Jeff. ones like these can be a money ticket.

His death coincided The Panic of 1893 was a financial crisis and economic depression in the United States that lasted for several years:

The panic was triggered by the failure of the Philadelphia and Reading Railroad and the National Cordage Company, two of the country's largest employers. Other factors included an economic bubble created by the railroads, a decline in the value of silver and gold, and falling crop prices.

The panic caused a steep decline in the value of crops, a rise in unemployment, and the failure of banks and businesses. The effects were felt across the country, but were especially hard on the West and Utah.

It was in this time period people was pulling money out banks and hoarding money. Many people across America died never reveal their caches between 1893 to 1897 and also many years later.
