Today's lunchtime hunt yield was a toasted KGIII and an 1814 Classic Head LC in great condition.

Don't all turn green at once 8-)

LC out of the ground, in my hand:

LC after a quick wash with water, no soap:

Close-up of the date: Appears to be a plain 4 variety.

I got a sneaking hunch that just might be a good spot. ;) You should probably arrange for that toothache you had planned for next week. LOL

Nice saves!

Congrats. My lunchtime finds were pulltabs/old washers and an old rusty bolt.HH.

Sounds to me like you are getting the flu.......... it is going around.

Have at it, people! :tongue3: That old guy with the shotgun knows exactly who's allowed to be there and who isn't. Would you like red, pink, or white roses on my visit to the hospital?

Won't be needing his ammo here. But, ya know, if you ever find yourself near the Mason-Dixon Line, let me know. Maybe we could meet up somewhere.

Keep at it!

I will be revisiting this site at length tomorrow morning :)

With a site like that it would be hard to go back to work
