I was reading the post by some of the locals there and they were debating weather the man should give the coins to the former family survivors that use to own the house. Can you believe that heck if the man had found termites under that board do you think the family would come up with 20K in funds to repair the stairs? The man owns the home he found something left behind by deceased relatives and is the rightful owner.

If you buy a house you buy everything in it at closing don't you? Man people are really getting greedy

I'm sure it's Discussed Before & During the sale
to both the seller & Buyer, If not out loud
it's got to be in the Tons
of Closing Papers both sides Sign.
