I'm in the market for a pinpointer but not certain of what Brand yet. Is this one water-proof? I like the idea of the newest Garrett. Because it is waterproof but also because it senses from the sides and beeps louder the closer you get to the target. Does this pin pointer indicate closeness by the sound variations also?

If he's selling that for $30 less than new price grab it. Its everything you need. I have the Nokta version of his and love it. Its better than the Garrett and I've been a Garrett fan for years but quality is quality and this is quality stuff. It senses from all sides, has proximity sensing(beeps faster closer u get) has alarms if u lose it an actual working flashlight not some lame bulb. Wish id known about this I could have saved some money
