I look forward to your head to head results.

Any particular reason you picked it, over say an Equinox or AT Pro?

My go to machine is a Deus. I would like to know how it does in iron infestations.

I was never a big fan of the ATP and I’m just not sold on the Nox.
I don’t think many people are even giving the Kruzer a shot and I like to be different lol.

I am getting ready to make a move. Would be interested in your report. Congratulations on the new toy.

To kinda get off the subject of the the machines themselves. I believe the coils are improving as well. When you get your new Kruzer, if you can try to match coil sizes as well in the comparison test and good luck.

The MX Sport unfortunately got off to a rough start, and hasn't got the credit it deserves for being the beast that it is. Deep, fast, great in iron, and has been pulling great finds out of the ground left and right for those that do use it. I sold mine to buy the Equinox, but remain very impressed with what it was capable of.

Cipher I agree 100% the sport is a beast kind of the “ best kept secret” I guess.
I will never get rid of mine because the target ID is spot on PP is very accurate and depth is great.
I was going to go with a ultimate coil to lighten and balance it better but decided to try the Kruzer.

They say the Kruzer is much like the Impact but lighter and waterproof. Like you, I am not one to follow the crowd. After seeing the head to head comparisons between the kruzer and Nox, i am convinced the Kruzer will be the machine for me. I already know the Kruzzer by swinging the Impact and its way better balanced than the Nox.

Looking forward to your thoughts on the machine.

Just a small update as I’m still getting used to it.

Today’s hunt was a tough one in an area that has been hunted by allot of people including myself, local park.
Well I decided on 3 tone at 19khz gain at 89 disk 25 ISAT 1 , because I’m mostly checking for coins.

I actually found quite a few targets that were extremely clear toned and vdi locked.
Separation is insane, it can pull a target out of trash pretty easily. I pulled a Polmolive token out of a 9” hole that also had a huge square head nail in it.
Yes it does hit the bottle caps very nicely, but then again so does my f75 and sport, part of the fun lol.
The Kruzer is a sensitive beast, but not to chirpy at these settings.

The ergonomics of the pinpoint is very strange for me, my feeling should have been a trigger or a centered button instead of to the left of the controls. Wearing my gloves made it tricky sometimes to get a good push on it.

The pinpoint is however very accurate.

Weight and balance is spot on, no fatigue at all especially compared to the MX Sport.

The manual has some mistakes in it but can easily find answers online with an updated manual.

The Headphones are actually quite good and easy to pair, extremely light as well but are not a snug fit for noise canceling which I don’t mind.

More to come later.....
