I have 10 detectors and I need to thin my detector arsenal some were I can try some more detectors. That's what I like to do! I've owned both the Multi-Kruzer and now the Kruzer 14, so I know the differences between the two detectors. When I had the Mult-Kruzer I only used 14kHz because it worked best for me. Also, I never used 4-tones because it was very unstable on my Multi-Kruzer, so I mainly used 3-tones with the sensitivity set above 90.
This particular Kruzer 14 that I'm selling is very unusual, to say the least. It runs super smooth in 4-tones, as smooth as my Multi-Kruzer did in 3-tones. Anyone who knows anything about Kruzers knows that 4-tones is way deeper than 3-tones but people don't like using 4-tones because it's noisy unless they turn the sensitivity way down. Lower sensitivity means less depth. BTW, I've been running the sensitivity at 93 in 4-tones on this detector.
Now here's another real kicker, both the Kruzer 14 and Muti-Kruzer audio frequency goes from 150 Hz - 700 Hz. Feel free to look in your manual or look at a manual online. Not this particular Kruzer 14 that I'm selling, its audio frequency goes from 150 Hz to 800 Hz. Look at the picture of the faceplate below. Its high-tone sounds way better than the Multi-Kruzer that I once owned.
Why is this particular Kruzer 14 different and special? I'm not the original owner, but I suspect that it was sent back to the factory for repairs and its board was replaced with a newer updated Anfibio board. The Anfibio audio range is from 150 Hz to 800 Hz. Then again, I'm just guessing. All I know it's just better.
Shipping to the lower 48 states only. PayPal or Cashier's check for $345 shipped. West of the MS River adds $10 dollars. Any questions feel free to PM me. Thanks
Also, the faceplate has a Zagg protective cover which can be removed if you wish and the detector will be shipped double boxed with tracking and insurance.
