I DISPISE and HATE using these AI phone operators and systems with a passion.

A 20 second phone call with a real person results in take up to five minutes having to navigate the dang system recordings and responding to them.

The companies who use these and the makers of these should burn in the pits of hell.

Honestly, at least for tech support, the real humans aren’t much better. They can’t deal with you skipping ahead on their checklist. I’ve gotten to where I start the conversation with “I’ve already done everything on your checklist plus some other things you don’t have written down, so let’s just skip all that and go straight to level 2, shall we?”

HELP!HELP!HELP!............
I just keep repeating that until it says-I'll connect you to an agent. :laughing7:

Then getting a call centre out of India is an interesting endeavour.

Throw out the F bombs and get a reply "Sorry you feel that way" :laughing7:

"Your call maybe recorded to bla, bla bla"
Record this you stupid .......

I'll listen to the menu and push a button to get to the right department, but if the computer starts asking me a bunch of questions, I'm done.

When I do get to a real human, first thing they're told is that their AI operator is an idiot.

I've dealt with a lot of 'tech support' in the last few months, and after punching all the buttons and navigating to a real person, I've found the first thing I have to point out is I do not have a cell phone, you cannot text me. Well, I guess they could try.
