Well, here it is, my first coin ring. I made it out of a 2005 (clad ) oregon quarter. I wanted the silver/copper effect. Turned out pretty nice. What do you think? I need to make another for my other daughter, now. She wants a silver one.
Took about 3 hours total. Used a 16 oz. ball pean, and dremel for the inside. Cant wait to do a silver .25 for daughter, and silver .50 for myself. I will document the next one in pics as I go. C-ya then. Thanks for the replies.

OK... How longs it gonna be before you post how you did that?? That is really an awesome ring!!! I don't even wear rings, but you got me wanting to make one for myself now... LOL
ok type coin ring into search of this forum or google and find the site about making these. Most people make them of silver for obvious reasons but this one is clearly very interesting.
