Where's Mister Haney ? :tongue3:

I remember My mom telling me She used to ride on The Hukster Wagon
in the Valley View/Hegins area. Most likely Late 30's early 40's.

Only thing I remember was the "Rag Man" Up here.
He used to come down The Back ally.
I Don't even remember His Vehicle other then It was old & Covered with Junk :laughing7:
But Dad would Hand us a Rag to give him & He's give us a Penny or Something :tongue3:
What He did with old Dirty Rags, I Don't know :dontknow: Keep warm in the winter ?

We used to have a guy that showed up a few times a year with a foot powered grinding wheel and he sharpened knives and scissors.

This Looks like it Fell out the Back of a truck on the Turnpike

There used to be a guy From down around Carlisle.
Used to bring a Hand Held Grinder to The Central PA Metal Detecting Club Hunts at west Pennsboro & Sharpen digging tools for free
