Low tide

Wreckdiver is right. The tides change for many reasons at different places depending on Moons position. The website he gave should be Bookmarked on your "puter."

I always hated to compute tides while in the Navy for various ports.

That is the same site I use to get my tides for hunting from........
 

The water levels of inland tidal waters, such as the Indian River lagoon, are also greatly influenced by wind direction and rainfall. Water does not stay "dead level" across long distances, but can build up several inches or even feet in height.
