Wow......... you are tearing it up my friend. Congrats on some more great finds.:icon_thumleft:

Thanks TN GUNS. I'm pretty excited. This is my second month detecting and I've found some really nice stuff. I've done lots of research on sites and it's paid off. This site is just an unexpected bonus. Any idea on potential age of the bullets? Thanks again

Your cooking with gas.
Buckle. LC, IH, and a couple of silvers all good stuff.
I've only got one tip for you....take long breaks.
Maybe better take the whole day tomorrow a full 8 hours, the weather will not be better this year.
I'm hoping to get out and enjoy the last / best day, but not feeling good, so not looking good for me.

Nice finds there...I would be afraid to hunt my job site, military base (Might end up getting arrested or blown up???)

Thank you Rick. Do you have any idea how old the buckle might be? Sorry I ask so many questions but I'm really trying to learn this stuff so I can stop bothering the rest of you :-) thanks again buddy. Hopefully we both get a few more days

Hey guys I truly appreciate all of the info and positive feedback! I'm really new to this so it's nice to be able to learn from everyone. I'm kinda bummed that snow will fly soon.

Not bothering me, but I don't know the age of it. It's no help, but it's not new by any stretch, the iron tongue is completely disintegrated. And don't think I've sen one exactly like it.
Is it brass ?

Yes it's brass.

Very cool finds!

Ha, great finds, nice job! Good work finding that job, haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

You need to measure OD (outside diameter) with some calipers, but they certainly have the appearance and patina of .58 cal civil war Minie bullets. Congrats!

Those are really nice finds! Wish you the best of luck, HH!

Thanks parson walker. I will get some digi calipers soon. They're on my long list of metal detecting related items to buy. My awesome girlfriend bought me the T2 SE and now I can give her this Xmas list :-)! Glad she supports my new obsession

Looks to be you have a rather nice site there, cool stuff, looking forward to more pic.

God Bless

Chris

Thanks for the feedback guys
