Love suspended clasp???

Jola! A recent post got me thinking about this. I have not been fortunate to find a love token, but maybe this piece is a love suspender clasp? Anyone ever found anything like this? It is silver, and the back reminds me of a clasp with the 2 little pieces sticking out at the top. Maybe it is a pin or a brooch. Stuck inside due to snow today Thanks for looking.

Thanks xr7ater, I found this in the hills around here. It was found early in my career metal detecting and was a refind recently in a box of arrowhead chips. I never thought much about it when I first found it.
