Hey guys,

We just listed a lot of underwater detection and video equipment in the for sale section. All of it definitely applies to shipwreck hunting. AX 2000 magnetometer, 2 Pulse 8X's, and AquaPulse AQ1B, several different underwater video/photo cameras and housings, and even a satellite phone. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up!

Tank you for spilling this magna to us underlings.

I wish that I had seen the Ad before the "sale pending" went up on the AquaPulse! Can anyone give me a review of the JW Fishers Pulse 8X?

I primarily use an Aquapulse but have kept my 8x for backup...great detector a little more bulk but does have the meter in addition to audio..know some divers prefer that to audio I don't as in a lot of low vis and just have gotten used to the Aquapulse so rely on it. Both good units good serviice available like any tool what fits you and you are comfortable with sometimes is more than the reviews or ratings. Would I trade in my Aquapulse? No but if I had used the fisher as consistently maybe would say the same on that .

Thanks for the review and information! I have owned and still own lots of metal detectors and have lately been accumulating the ones that I can use in Gold Prospecting in a wide variety of environments. However someday, I may get back down to the Treasure Coast and need a better underwater metal detector in case this ever happens. I just wish I could find someone would be interested in taking some of my' high dollar Tag Heuer Watches or rare Pocket Watches on trade as I am retired and on a fixed imcome!

We just added a used DX-200 Handheld magnetometer to the sale posting. This one was only used for a bit to train public safety divers and is almost $1,000 off retail. I believe this is the first used DX-200 we have ever had, it won't last long.
