Lost treasure wreck along the coastline of spain

Hello !

I´m new here on the treasurenet-board. I´m from north germany. My most interest is the archiv- and library-research and after that the recover of the buried things.
So, 1996 i found a small treasure from the end of the second world war in middle germany and 2001 i found a rest of one big treasure in the ukraine.

My quetion is:

I have found one small newspaper-article about one sunken treasure ship, not a spainish ship one the coastline of spain. If the ship not recovered, witch spanish law regulations are working on this place? The same at the colononial ships from spain around the world: Odyssey etc.?
I think, first the law from the country that the ship was coming from and second the law from spain, but witch law?
