some years ago while detecting under northern bridge southampton england,i lost a lucky charm given to me by my grandfather.my grandfathers sister found this charm just before world war 2,gave it to him which he safely carried through the north african desert,and the sicily invasion.i am about to get myself a new detector,so my first site will be to look for the charm.but as this area has a few people who detect here for mainy roman relics maybe its been already been found.would love to pass it down to my oldest son who is soon to be a royal marine commando.
