Loomis Gang hideout hunt Outcome.

Well, i went to the Loomis gand hideout today. I had a hole bunch of hits but just about all of them were .22 casings and a bullets. However i did manage to pull up a few pieces of rusty metal very FUBAR. On the old ildirt road which is the border between two properties i had a few shotgun slugs and strangly a wheat pennie worn beyond recognition which sucks because im pretty sure it was an early wheat year. I didnt find anything worth while but it was a nice sunny day and i did manage to snap a few shots of the old well and the remnants of the (estimated) 12x12' cabin. Enjoy the pictures and HH!!..............I also threw in the picture of the spoon i found on the site yesterday.

somebody had coveres it with large flat rocks probably for that very reason.

i did alot of research in my area. i went as far as asking the older locals the right questions. apparently, the Loomis family lived 6 or so miles from here.
