Found this other day has markings of penny but size of nickle just not as thick has a date of 1989 the other thing not sure appears to have 4 stones on the front

No idea on the Penny.

What do you mean 4 stones? 4 studs maybe? The Spanish Coin mounted in it, looks like a copy but I can't be sure with those blurry pictures.

Yes picture not very good only had phone lighting bad to anyway thanks for looking and the info you. gave gives me an idea on what to google.yes penny.thing has me puzzled it seems to be made out of aluminum thanks again

Does it have a seem on the edge, some are magic tricks & open up.

Is kind of like the old tax mills has same feel very thin maybe half thickness of nickle

If its Aluminium, there is no hope of cleaning.

The cent was heated and melted. Zinc has a low melting point.
