Thats what I think anyway. Both of the arrow type relics and the buckles were found within a few feet of each other. I did not take a picture of the backs for obvious reasons. I did take a picture of the back of the round object. It has an iron fold our piece in the back. Threw in a wrench that was found in the same general area. Has "western" embossed on one side. This area seems to have some history. Old picnic area foundations, seems to have been logged at one time (big stumps), also was hunted. Must have dug fifty shotgun shells. Last weekend I found a musketball, a 36 buffalo and a 52 dime. Think I will go back tomorrow and hit the logged area. Appreciate the feedback! (oh, and the old rail road tracks are close by too, and a certain canal which I will not name)

With all that tack, I'm surprised you didn't find the remains of the animal. :D
