I believe its made out of pewter. It looks like a toy duck to me with the head broken off. There is a mold hole on the neck area. It kind of looks looks like scales instead of feathers. That's my guess. I would like to hear other ideas. What do you think?

I've looked around, but couldn't find a match.
close but no prize....

I think what you have is a pewter/zinc game piece in the likeness of a swan that has had it's head and neck broken off.
Notice in picture number 3 where the neck is broken and the spot where the bill would have rested on the breast.

Here is a picture of a planter that I think it would have been shaped like.
