BCH, good eye! It very well could be a cufflink instead of a dress clip; the backs on both of them are similar. I think the pattern looks somewhat feminine. Do you think a cufflink would have a heavy filler? I'd like to know if it is lightweight or heavy for its size. Breezie

If they were earrings you would need a good sized hole in your ear.

I think it could be used as a dress clip and also cufflinks.
