Are there more? Seems odd that someone would offer the early Franklins and not include the common Franklins up to '63. Anyway, you only show the 20 so the melt value is $168. Most of them are circulated except for a few so the circulated one's shouldn't command a premium over melt. There are few ('53 for example) that are low grade mint state <ms62. It shouldn't push the value too much. Franklins that command a high premium are with grades that exceed ms65. That being said, I wouldn't pay more than $200. DCA pushes the cost to $1.60 each over melt.
