How could life be any better? We live in a great country, can pursue any career we want, taxes are much lower than other places, we get to look for treasure all over the place, we get to post or see humorous things on this website, we work and then they pay you to stay home(my favorite part) we get to drink fantastic things like Moose Drool Brown Ale, we get to eat puffy tacos(at Los Barrios where Diana beat Bobby Flay), this country is filling up with gorgeous latinas, I live in pretty much perfect weather year around and we have room for you'all if you want to move here. What could be better? There are lots of beaches, mountains, festivals and fun. Come see us...

Hmf! Ya got me there , buddy . Back in a day when land around Laredo could have been bought for a fifth of liquor and a bus ticket out of there I missed the boat . Took my $ to Nuevo Laredo and spent them where the whiskey and the beautiful latinas were much cheaper . Had I invested in land at the time I wouldn't care how the price of whiskey and women has escalated today .

Don't feel bad. You weren't the only one. My buddy in Uvalde inherited two ranches years ago. One near Carrizo(Chorizo) Springs, the other in the Texas Hill country by Garner Park. He always hated the one near Carrizo until an oil company paid him and his brother(adjoining ranch) a fortune to mine shale. He is quite happy and very rich now. Still remember dad saying $100 an acre was way too much for land nobody will ever use. It's selling for $25,000 an acre now. So you weren't the only one.
