Any idea of year and make of car, possible company that manufactured them. It is 5 1/2 inches by 1 3/4 inches. Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing a model of a Ford Roadster? It kind of resembles the Hubley Mfg. cars. I haven't found a match yet.

This one is 6".

I'm guessing '37 or '38 Lasalle Opera Coupe.

Is there any mfg. name, model number, on the inside? I'd be surprised if there wasn't.
I've found a lot of old toy cars and there's usually something on the inside.

Anyway, that is a cool recovery:icon_thumleft:

it's a Packard. Probably '37 model. I found a couple of pics of identical ones doing an image search, but the link is down for 'maintenance'

The lack of stamp or axle mounts means it was probably a matchbox or Hotwheels instead of a tootsietoy

Thanks Jewelerguy keep me updated when the site comes up. Watercolor there is no marks on the inside, I cleaned it and it has nothing. It believe it is too old to be matchbox or hotwheel, original color was a green, thanks again for all the help.

Here's the only pic right now from that site that's down for maintenance, but it might help some.

Your welcome. Hubley Kiddie Toy Company was in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I found a red two seater coupe last year. It still has the rubber tires on it.
