I have a Keene 5 inch triple sluice. I plan on using River Hog and Talon in the center sluice but I am looking for recommendations for the two side sluices. They are approximately 10.5” by 48” and the material is classified down to minus .5 inch by punch plate in the crash box. Please post recommendations!

It does depend on the size of gold you’re getting and the depth & turbulence of the water in your sluices but usually dredges like more aggressive matting, so I’d say more River Hog and Talon towards the top, then maybe Razorback and Motherlode for the last third of the box. Motherlode likes smooth, fast and shallow water so it’s hard to give a hard recommendation on that without seeing how water flows through your box. Honestly, I’m more familiar with highbankers, which I feel are I little more adjustable for angle and flow.
