Does anyone have the book:

"Selected preforms, points, and knives of the North American Indians, Volume 2" by Gregory Perino?
I was looking to get a copy of the page(s) where he discussed the Barnes Clovis (Page 17 I believe). Does anyone have the capability to scan and email or copy and fax/mail the relevant pages to me?
