Looking for information on Tybee and surrounding Islands

I recently started my m d hobby and I am interested in finding spanish relics on tybee island or surrounding islands. I was wondering if anyone knew of decent locations to search or could possibly inform me of some reading material to start researching the area. I have been detecting on the main beach at Tybee and found some clad, but nothing really special. I would love to bring my kids on a hunt where the research payed off. I have also read about the lost ghost towns of the old CCC camps in the area. Does anyone have any good coordinates to some cellar holes that are worth searching? Any information provided would be fantastic.
