Welcome to the site from middle Georgia. You're in a great state. I worked on the Stampede Pass project to rebuild the railroad in 1995 up there. Beautiful state and in fact, I found a piece of ballast rock with a thread of gold running through it. The track boss got pissed cause I showed it and the entire crew walked around for 2 days looking at rocks! Hilarious, but it showed me the find potential anywhere in the country. I look forward to your posting interesting finds this year and going forward. And again, welcome aboard!
