looking for hunters from wny

I am looking to put together a team of people from the WNY area who want to look for caches. I am good at research and have lots of connections in that area. I am looking for people that are truly interested in finding something special. I believe in the "TEAM' consept. I believe in being honest. I believe In trust. I think that five brains are better then one. I think if we do it right we can do great things. I see us all talking over leads and all agreeing on one and getting after it. If you have always wanted to search for something bigger then you thought possible this could be your time. Im open to any suggestions and nothing is in stone yet so I willing to listen to any ideas, thoughts and criticisims.
