I need a good paydirt contact. Doing it as a side marketing giving away the experience to gold pan. A must that customers have an incredible time and experience with their family. Prefer good dirt with a lot of black sand; Whether I have to seed it or not is ok, I may have to buy placer gold and make up my own mixes of paydirt. I would give Home Page a shot, I have never yielded less gold than my investment, including shipping ofcourse.

just to clarify, we're talking about a 1-2% ROI, however compared to most paydirts I've experienced which have a negative ROI, this is absolutely amazing.

Looking to buy Placer/Pickers/Nuggets, good paydirt or cons! Need repeat source!

I have a vacation rental property, I want to give free paydirt/cons to my guests, giving them an awesome panning experience with their vacation. Something for them to do on rainy days.

I'm experimenting with how to do it and sourcing material. I'll go through a decent amount creating this idea and then should be consistent ongoing. I'll probably use a combination of all three strategies, I'll be providing con packets for guests and their family to pan one packet at a time and have ample gold in each one.

I appreciate the feedback from u all who are or know the best contacts.

I recently sold my last beach house to build a new one. Just starting to break ground. Hopefully will be finished by summer.
The area is Cape San Blas, Florida Panhandle, very few people, hidden paradise.

I have taken quite a few of our guests panning for gold along the Smith River. They are always amazed to find some gold. Panning concentrates in the yard under the redwoods might be just the thing for those unable to get down to the river.
