Looking For Donations For the Cub Scouts & Boy Scout

Hi everyone

I'm trying to set up some metal detecting hunts for our Cub Scouts & Boy Scout Troops here in our local area. If you have any old metal detectors just laying around collecting dust the children would shure appreciate you donateing them so they could go out hunting.

That's what we are doing too...well, trying to get them interested in metal detecting. We have 3 of them and let the boys use them.

Last camping trip a couple of weeks ago...the boys each took turns and found things, they were very excited.

You might want to try contacting some companies that sell detectors...they can use it as a tax write off as well.

You can contact Garrett, Whites, etc....and see if they would donate one...if each one donated one...that would give you quite a few and various ones to also help the boys understand the differences each one is or is not capable of performing.
