Looking for a spoon ID

A good friend found a spoon with the BH I lent him. He asked for an ID and I told him I you present to the experts here at TN. It's an EMPIRE SILVER CO. silver plated copper spoon, about 10" long 3.5" wide at the "spoon" end. It Looks stamped, and is decorative. My bud is trying to age it, I couldn't find anything close Googling so I'm hoping one of you guys have some info. Thanks in advance.
